What to expect:

Your first visit will begin with consultation to establish any contraindications and IMG_6472choose the massage treatment that would address your health needs in the best way.

You will be covered with towels and linens and only parts of the body to be massaged will be exposed, so your modesty will be always protected.

For all my treatment I use natural blend of bee’s waxes, jojoba oil, almond oil and different mix of essential oils, but if you suffer from allergy to either nuts or bee’s wax I have alternative mediums. They are free of mineral oils, parabens, petrochemicals and GM ingredients and are great for your skin.

What not to expect:

Nothing kinky! It’s strictly professional, remedial work. If you looking for more than that, please look somewhere else.

After your treatment:

Massage is great for boosting circulation and your lymphatic system, therefore toxins which will be released may cause flu like symptoms. Drinking plenty of water after the treatment is very important to help speed up the process of clearing the toxins out of your system. Best to avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and heavy exercise after the treatment.

Some of the symptoms you may experience:FullSizeRender-2

  • Heighten emotions
  • Sleepy, fatigued, irritable or very relaxed
  • Energised
  • Increased thirst
  • Increased urination and sweating
  • Deeper sleep

We are all different and react differently, but those symptoms are quite normal and show that treatment is working.
However if you feel concerned please give me a call for advice. In case you can not reach me and feel poorly, you should always call your G.P.
